Went in the store on May 16 to inquire about flowers and bouquets for a wedding on May 27th, lady at the store wrote down a list of items i was interested in and also took my credit card info, she said that if i wanted to go ahead with the order, it would save me a trip to go pay for it and she can just put my card through once i call OR email them to confirm if i want the order by Monday May 21st. It was made very clear that I just wanted a quote for the flowers and did not place the order yet. I didn't end up calling to confirm the order as i had changed my mind. They called me on May 26th 5:05PM asking me to pick up flowers (they close at 5PM on saturday and are closed all day on sunday). I told her there had been a mistake and i had never confirmed the order or wanted the flowers, and she said that's not true and had already made the order (over $600) and charged my card. I think it is extremely unprofessional of them to just assume i wanted the order, charge my card without my consent, and to call me last minute (after they are closed) to ask me to pick up the flowers. Then she also proceeds to tell me that she found me really odd and weird how I did not tell her the flowers were for a wedding- but even if i did or did not, why does it matter, and why would she know its for a wedding if i didn't tell her (I don't feel like i should be judged for inquiring about flowers for whatever occasion it may be for). Anyways, they refuse to refund the amount and has put the $600 through without my consent- i don't have the flowers with me (not sure why I should pay for flowers i did not order and did not intend on picking up)

Lucky I read Sissy's review before I called them. I was looking for a flower shop which can make my wedding bouquet and flower crowns. I still believed other good reviews. I called them and I clearly stated I wanted to ask some questions for wedding bouquet. Right after, the lady who picked up my call asked "is this call for placing the order?!" with quite aggressive tone. Then I needed to repeat I wanted to ask inquiries not the order yet. But she still kept asking this call for order or not with a bit of irritation. I explained what I wanted to know for this phone call, then she said I can see their website which I did many times and couldn't find the answer. After few conversation, she also told me she's not in charge of the wedding flowers and I need to contact with different person.I just want to buy beautiful flowers for our special day from the person I can trust and who can offer great customer service. Unfortunately, it seems not here. They might repeat the Sissy's tragedy again.
This little floral shop is really beautiful.. I bought a bunch of ranunculus plants in various colours, which Ive never seen on this side of the border. The service was excellent and the store was absolutely beautiful, clearly a lot of thought is put into the selection in this store. Ive always wanted to stop by this store to check it out, and Im so glad that I did, Ill be back!
I've been getting my Mother's Day bouquets from here for the past few years. I specify a colour and then trust them with the design, and every time the result has been beautiful!
