Knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere and great selection. There are a lot of instruments, books and accessories for if you are a beginner or a professional music player. I would definitely recommend coming here if you play music, whether professional or casual.
My son had a negative experience with an employee at Tapestry music regarding trade-ins and returns on guitars. The owner, Dave, contacted me personally to remedy the situation. He was professional and kind. I'm very impressed. We've been regular customers at Tapestry Music for over 17 years and I know that everyone makes mistakes sometimes - it's how you handle it that makes all the difference. This was handled with extreme integrity. We will continue to buy and rent equipment and take lessons at Tapestry Music. That personal touch can rarely be experienced at big chain stores.
