I dont think Ive ever loved an exercise more. I started doing personal classes back in July of 2017 so 6 months of twice a week later and Im still completely hooked! Ive never stuck with an exercise or a program in my 29 years on this earth but now I cannot imagine life without interfit Pilates. I feel so comfortable and supported by the team and always leave feeling like a million dollars after my sessions. Ive never been stronger and seeing my improvements and progress makes me so proud of myself and what Im capable of physically (and that was not a lot before I started coming here.). I just cannot say enough good things about this place.
After 3 months of bi-weekly classes, I can feel a definite improvement in my strength and stability. Larina is a knowledgeable instructor and ensures that every client works within his or her comfort level while at the same time, challenging us to continually improve. This is a complete body workout and the classes are small, so you receive plenty of 1-1 attention.
