Excellent group of teachers at this comfortable, easy-going studio. Everyone is very welcoming here. Even when a class fills up, they always find a way to fit one more matt! Doesnt feel like a scene. Mostly because the classes are adaptable to all levels so always a nice mix of people. I took a variety of classes while visiting my Mom in Whiterock, and found that all of the teachers reinforce strong foundation in the poses while guiding you through an experience. You feel different by the end of class. Like youve moved through something. My hips never felt better after Katarinas Yin class! Very popular!
